Drain and dry with paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and saut\u00e9 the chicken fillets for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same pan, add the okra and onion and saut\u00e9 over high heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the garlic, cherry tomatoes, 200ml water, salt, and pepper, then return the chicken fillets to the pan.
