Juicy Chicken Fillets & Colorful Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Philadelphia cheese with garlic & vegetables
  • 1/4 cup roasted almond flakes
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 chicken fillets (170g each), cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter

Instructions

  • Toast the almonds in a pan.
  • In a bowl, mix cheese, almonds, and parsley.
  • Make a small pocket in each fillet and fill it with the mixture. Seal with a toothpick.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
  • Heat butter in a pan and cook fillets for 6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  • Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with remaining almonds & parsley, and serve!
