Juicy Chicken Fillets & Colorful Thighs

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Philadelphia cheese with garlic & vegetables
- 1/4 cup roasted almond flakes
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 chicken fillets (170g each), cut in half
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
Instructions
- Toast the almonds in a pan.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, almonds, and parsley.
- Make a small pocket in each fillet and fill it with the mixture. Seal with a toothpick.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook fillets for 6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with remaining almonds & parsley, and serve!
